At Cornerbrooks, every client who joins our family automatically becomes a valued Silver Paw. As a Silver Paw, you are part of a community of pet parents who share a common goal - ensuring the best care for their four-legged companions. 

As a non-member or Silver Paw, please note that when submitting reservation requests, your booking calendar is limited to 30 days. However, we would like to invite you to elevate your experience by becoming a Gold or Platinum Paw Member, which grants you unlimited booking, priority reservations, and so much more. It's important to mention that membership is exclusively available to existing Cornerbrooks Clients, and each membership request is reviewed individually.

As a Platinum Paw member, you enjoy all the perks of our Gold Paw Membership; plus, we have taken it up a notch to ensure an enchanting stay for your four-legged bestie. 

We understand that dropping off and picking up your pet might sometimes be a sensitive experience, which is why our Platinum Paw members will have access to our In-Person Lobby Concierge Service. Our attentive Aunties will be there to greet you and assist with the smooth drop-off and departure of your pet.

At Cornerbrooks, we constantly strive to enhance the pampering experience for our guests, which is why we have introduced our Lavender Hot Towel Departure Service. This heavenly treatment will soothe their senses and leave them feeling on cloud nine before they bid farewell from their awesome petcation.

Your baby will celebrate special occasions with our kitchen-prepared holiday dinners, prepared with love and attention to detail. 

What is more? Our Turn Down Service! Which includes a healthy bedtime snack and a special Auntie kiss. Ensuring your sweet fur falls asleep feeling cherished. 

During visits, our Platinum Paw guests can choose to take advantage of our Nutritious Meal Topper Service by adding your choice of the topper to their arrival and departure day dinners. It's a delicious way to provide an extra nourishing boost during their stay. 

But it's not all about food and relaxation - we believe in keeping those furry brains sharp too! We provide daily Brain Puzzle Breakfasts for our Platinum Paw guests to kickstart the day with mental stimulation. These fun and challenging puzzles keep their minds sharp and engaged, setting the tone for an exciting and enjoyable day ahead. Who knew breakfast could be so much fun?

We understand that pet parents want to stay connected with their furry friends even when they're apart. That's why our dedicated Aunties will send written updates, called Furtastic Times, every two days! You can enjoy peace of mind knowing that your pet is well taken care of and having a great time while you're away.
